Welcome to ArrivalAlert. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the ArrivalAlert application (the “App”) operated by Karthikeyan Kanakaraj.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArrivalAlert, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ArrivalAlert helps users stay alert while traveling by providing destination-based reminders. Users can select a location and set a reminder radius (1 km, 2 km, or 5 km). When the user approaches within the selected radius, the app plays a notification sound.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app responsibly and not for any unlawful or harmful activity. It is your responsibility to ensure your phone’s volume is turned on and location services are enabled for the app to function properly.

4. Location Services

ArrivalAlert requires access to your location, including in the background, to monitor your journey and trigger alerts appropriately. By using the app, you consent to this usage.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app, including but not limited to content, design, graphics, and code, are owned by or licensed to Karthikeyan Kanakaraj.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues caused due to incorrect location data, missed alerts, hardware malfunctions, or misuse of the app.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
